Xiaomi could soon launch the Redmi K40 in India but not with the same name. Many reports have suggested that it could be launched as a rebranded Poco phone but a recent listing hinted that Xiaomi could unveil the K40 in India as the Mi 11x. The Redmi K40 was launched in China in February along with the Redmi K40 Pro and Redmi K40 Pro+.

For the unaware, the Redmi K40 is codenamed “alioth' and Xiaomi has a history of adding the suffix “in” to the codenames of devices that are launched in the Indian market. This leads us to believe that the Redmi K40 may be launched in India as the Xiaomi Mi 11X.As you can see in the attached tweet, the Mi 11X Pro will go by the codename “haydnin pro”.If last years Redmi K30 series anything to go by, we can expect few more devices in the Redmi K40 lineup as we move ahead in 2021. For now, the Redmi K40 series phones are the cheapest smartphone powered by the Snapdragon 888 and Snapdragon 870 processors. Redmi K40 is priced at CNY 1,999 (Rs. 22,400 Approx.) for the 6/128GB version. CNY 2,199 (Rs. 24,700) for the 8/128GB model. CNY 2499 (Rs. 28,000) for the 8/256GB model.  CNY 2699 (Rs. 30,000) for the 12/256GB model.

Coming to the differences, the biggest ones come by way of core hardware and (primary) camera. While the K40 Pro+ and K40 Pro are powered by Qualcomm’s latest and greatest 5nm Snapdragon 888, the K40 sticks to a less powerful Snapdragon 870. The K40 also comes with a 48MP (Sony IMX582) main camera, while the K40 Pro and K40 Pro+ swap this with more potent 64MP (Sony IMX686) and 108MP (Samsung HM2) cameras, respectively. The K40 Pro+, in addition, has a 7P lens and can do 8K video recording making it the most capable camera phone in Xiaomi’s Redmi K40 lineup.

But a recent report indicated that the Redmi K40 series can be launched in India like the Mi 11X series.Other features include an accelerometer, proximity and gyro sensor and a fingerprint sensor.

Vivo X60 Pro 5G

Vivo X60 Pro is officially announced on March 22, 2021.

The smartphone comes in a dimension of 158.6 x 73.2 x 7.6 mm and weighs 179 grams. It supports Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by) and the resolution of the display is 1080 x 2376 pixels.

Vivo has just launched three new smartphones under its X60 series, the Vivo X60, X60 Pro and X60 Pro Plus. While the Vivo X60 and X60 Pro bring a great camera experience, the Pro Plus takes it up a notch with a true flagship experience. For the launch of the X60 series, the company has partnered up with Zeiss to bump up its camera game

However, unlike their previous international outing, the Zeiss-dranded devices are joined by the flagship X60 Pro (or Pro+) this time. It is the only variant with a 50MP Samsung ISOCELL GN1 sensor, in addition to the same 48MP "gimbal" shooter that serves as the most powerful camera in its siblings. An 8MP periscope lens is also exclusive to the Pro+.

Otherwise, its specs are much the same as those of the X60 and X60 Pro. Its new price in India is not, however: it will cost INR 69,990 (~US$964) for a single 12GB/256 SKU finished in Emperor Blue.

Both the X60 Pro+ and X60 get a 4200mAh (TYP) battery supports 55W FlashCharge technology and 33W FlashCharge technology respectively. On the other hand, X60 gets a 4300mAh (TYP) battery with 33W Flash charge support.

The X60 Pro+ comes with a premium soft vegan leather wrap in a stunning Emperor Blue color, whereas X60Pro and X60 variant will be available in two color options— Midnight Black and Shimmer Blue. Priced at INR 37,990 (X60 8+128GB), INR 41,990 (X60 12+256GB), INR 49,990 (X60 Pro 12+256GB) and INR 69,990 (X60 Pro+ 12+256GB) all four variants will be available starting 2nd April 2021 on Vivo India E-store, Amazon.in, Flipkart, and other major e-commerce websites along with offline partner retail stores across India.

Every element on the display looks sharp and even the brightness gets high enough to keep things visible when you are under direct sunlight. The curved display flows over the edges and there were no accidental touches. Curved displays are a topic of debate. While some don't like them at all, others feel it makes the phone feel more premium and adds to the looks. I belong to the latter group and I find curved displays appealing. There's nothing I could find which this display did wrongVivo X60 Pro has launched in India as the latest flagship smartphone by Vivo. This smartphone comes with some impressive specifications such as triple rear cameras, 33W fast charging support, high refresh rate display, and more. It is offered in a single storage configuration with 5G support.

Vivo X60 Pro Plus has an 50 MP, f/1.6, (wide), 1/1.31 rear camera and 32 MP, f/2.5, 26mm (wide), 1/2.8 front camera for selfies. This Smartphone comes with a 6GB RAM and up to 128 internal storage. Vivo X60 Pro Plus mobile phone has a 6.56 inches, 104.6 cm2 display with 1080 x 2376 pixels (~398 ppi density) Resolution and the screen type is AMOLED, 120Hz, HDR10+. Vivo X60 Pro Plus smartphone has a battery capacity of 4400 with removable battery. Vivo X60 Pro Plus mobile phones come in Classic Orange and Dark Blue colours.Vivo X60 Pro Plus is a dual SIM phone and supports 2G, 3G, and 4G networks.

Luckily, the X60 Pro isn’t a one-trick pony. Vivo is using the same 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor from last year but it has paired it with a faster f/1.48 lens (f/1.6 in the X50 Pro). There are two more 13MP cameras, one with an f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens (120-degree FOV) and another with f/2.46 50mm portrait lens for 2x optical zoom. Eagle-eyed readers will be quick to point out that there is no periscope-style telephoto here like the X50 Pro – this is another thing that is unique to the Pro Plus model this year.
